Ah, sleep. It’s apparently the most important thing for us all to do, right after drinking water and eating, but why is it somehow the hardest? I know I can’t be the only person who will lay in bed at 10 p.m., ready to drift off peacefully … only to check the clock 500 times between 10 and midnight with no rest in sight. It’s okay, we can get through this together — thanks to Dodow!
Dodow may very much be the best $60 you’ll ever spend — especially if you’re a troubled sleeper like myself. It’s a metronome with a light system, which basically helps you figure out how to fall asleep without having to turn to drugs or deals with the devil. They claim that if it usually takes you an hour to fall asleep, with this you’ll be down to just needing 25 minutes until hitting the hay — basically going from Grey’s Anatomy to Modern Family. Yes, please!
Don’t believe us? Fine, but how about some of the people who swear by this product?! One user on Amazon purchased it for her kid and said: “FINALLY, my child sleeps! My 10 year old has always been a poor sleeper, struggling to fall asleep and waking multiple times through the night […] Kiddo fell asleep the first night within 15 minutes. I peeked in around midnight and realized the room was utterly quiet.” This is a literal dream come true!
